How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been placed, we’ll reach out to you to schedule the earliest possible delivery date that works for you. We understand flexibility is key, so you’ll also receive an email with a link allowing you to change your delivery date if needed. We aim to get your new appliance to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver appliances across the UK, so no matter where you’re located, we’ll make sure your new appliance reaches you as soon as possible. Whether you’re in a busy city or a more rural location, we’re committed to prompt and reliable delivery.
What kind of appliances do you sell?

What payment options do you accept?
We’ve partnered with Checkout.com to securely process your payments. You can pay with all major credit and debit card types, ensuring a safe and smooth checkout experience every time.
Can you install my new appliance, and dispose of my old one?
Yes, we are pleased to offer installation and disposal of appliances, simply select this as an option along with your delivery at the checkout.
We can install all new appliances excluding extractor fans.
Where we are requested to connect or dispose of an appliance on delivery, and we are unable to do so due to circumstances out of our control, we will diagnose the reason and provide information on request. The service costs will still be chargeable, based on diagnostics and advanced time allocated/secured to complete the services.
We cannot return to connect or dispose of an appliance once delivery has been completed. With the exception of Gas appliances and cooker hoods, all appliances would be connected/disposed of at the time of delivery by our delivery crew.
