14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This cooling off period applies to distance purchases (online, telephone, or mail order).
To qualify for this right, the appliance must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories included.
Faulty Goods – Consumer Rights Act 2015
If your appliance is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have stronger protection. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the fault is significant or the appliance is unusable. After 30 days, we'll arrange repair or replacement where appropriate.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorisation and prepaid shipping label
- Pack the appliance securely and arrange collection
- Send it back to us in original condition
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned appliance, we'll process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
